Eligibility Criteria
To ensure a fair and competitive selection process, the Prium Awards have established the following eligibility criteria:
- Open to All: The awards are open to individuals, teams, agencies, and organizations from around the world.
- Date of Work: Entries must be for work completed within the last calendar year.
- Original Work: All submissions must be original and created by the entrant or the team/organization they represent.
- Multiple Entries: Entrants can submit multiple entries in different categories, but each entry must be submitted separately.
- Language: Submissions must be in English or include an English translation.
Submission Guidelines
To participate in the Prium Awards, please follow these submission guidelines:
- Entry Form: Complete the official entry form available on our website.
- Supporting Materials: Provide supporting materials that best represent your work, such as case studies, videos, images, and press releases.
- Entry Fee: Pay the entry fee for each submission. Fees are non-refundable.
- Deadline: Ensure all entries are submitted by the specified deadline. Late entries will not be accepted.
- Confirmation: After submission, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, please contact our support team.
General Guidelines
To ensure a smooth submission process, please adhere to the following general guidelines:
- Format: All entries should be submitted electronically through our online submission portal.
- File Requirements: Ensure that all files are in the required format (e.g., PDF, MP4) and do not exceed the size limit specified on the submission form.
- Anonymity in Judging: To ensure impartiality, do not include any identifying information (such as names, logos, or specific references) in the main body of the submission materials.
- Ethical Standards: All entries must adhere to ethical standards and practices. Any work found to be plagiarized or misleading will be disqualified.
- Permission: Ensure that you have obtained all necessary permissions for the use of any third-party materials included in your submission.
- Right to Use: By submitting your entry, you grant Prium Awards the right to use your submission materials for promotional and marketing purposes.
